A Soulful Journey

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.  So, love the people who treat you right, and forget about the ones who don't.  Believe everything happens for a reason.  If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it.  Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it...

  Close your eyes.  Imagine a palace pocked by an endless number of doors.  In front of each door the traveler finds a great treasure.  Eyes wide, smile creasing the face the traveler so weary from the long journey rests.  ‘There is no need to venture any further’, he reasons.  ‘I have all that I need.’  Yet, at the end of the hallways, the King waits for those who are not satisfied by the vast treasures they have seen but yearn for Him instead.    Baal Shem Tov

Dear Lord, So far today, God, I've done alright I haven't gossiped I haven't lost my temper I haven't been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or even over-indulgent. I'm really glad about that. But in the next few minutes, God,   I'm going to get out of bed, AND from then on, I'm probably going to need a lot of your help. AMEN..... anon
