Several Jews and gentiles were traveling in a train. One of the gentiles who sat directly opposite a Jew started to insult him and called him names. Suddenly the Jew opened his mouth wide and yawned.
”Shut your mouth!” Shouted the other. “What do you want to do swallow me?”
”God forbid,” replied the Jew. "You know that we Jews are forbidden to eat swine.”
There is a kernel of deep truth here: We are forbidden to eat what we must not become.
