Hurt

"The stone that is thrown the closest to you is the one that hurts the most."  -Arabic saying

A similar expression goes, "The truth always hurts."
A plan of action: The next time you feel like you are getting angry because of something said, ask yourself if what was expressed contains grains of truth.  It just may be the reason you are angry.
