No Boundaries

Ludwig of France was a Catholic fanatic.  One day he asked his doctor, Reb Tobiah, "Why have I never seen you greet the holy image that stands near me?"
"I once did greet the holy image," Reb Tobiah replied, "but it did not answer me so I understood that the image did not consider it an honor to be greeted by a Jew."
The king was silent and smiled.

In every era there are those who desire homogeneity.  They want everyone to be the same.  These are generally the same people that want to get rid of people who are different than them.
Yet, God crafted a world where difference was key.  Perhaps when we cease to see the differences in color, stature, sex, country of origin or faith God too will smile.
