Going Home

Remembering his home in Vitebsk, Russia, Marc Chagall said he could never return there.  “I would have been too afraid not to recognize my town and in any case I have carried it forever after in my heart.” 

It is said that you can never go home.  Maybe so.  Maybe not.  Maybe home is not a place it is a state of mind.
