Shoes

Two men were sent to Africa by a shoe manufacturer to determine if there was a market for their product.  The first came back with a report that said, "No one wears shoes there.  It will be impossible to sell them what we make.  They have no need for shoes."
The second returned and stated, "No one wears shoes there.  We are going to make a fortune!"

While both businessmen saw the same thing they came back with entirely different  interpretations.  So, it is with us.  People see what they have made up their minds to see.  We see what we have already determined to be so.

What this means is that we always have a choice in the way we view life.
