Time is measured in human, personal terms. We register the passage of time by events; what is most meaningful to us. The births, deaths, and critical events of our lives are the points we remember. Yet, that is why time is always subjective.

Cathedral. He was responsible for
dividing time into BC and AD. -Stephen
Jay Gould
