A publisher was troubled by the estimated cost of a book-jacket design she had requested from a prominent photographer.  It would pose a beautiful woman in the embrace of a crocodile.  The cameraman explained the expense of hiring a live crocodile that would have to be anesthetized for the model's peace of mind.  The publisher thought it over, then asked, "How much would it cost to dug the model?"  - George Mandel in Reader's Digest
