Precious Time

Three soldiers are condemned for execution for spying, a Frenchman, an Italian and a Jew.  They are asked what they want for their last meal.  The Frenchman says, "I want a glass of wine from my native Burgundy."  So they give him the wine and shoot him.  The Italian says, "I want a plate of lasagna."  So they make a him a lasagna to eat and then take him out and shoot him.  The Jews says, "All I want is a bowl of fresh strawberries."  They reply, "Are you crazy?  It's the middle of winter.  Where are we going to get fresh strawberries?"  He says, "I'm willing to wait."

Every moment that we live is precious, priceless.
